Late Night Services
On Friday 22nd July, Translink will operate a number of additional late-night services following the Foyle Maritime Fireworks Display.
Bus
(departing Foyle Street Buscentre )
On Friday 22nd July a special ‘Nightmover’ Foyle Metro bus services will operate at 23.30hrs and 00.15hrs serving areas across the City including:
- Service 21a serving Creggan, Hatmore, Woodbrook and Skeoge
- Service 22a serving Gallaigh, Shantallow and Culmore
- Service 23a serving Nelson Drive, Irish Street and Newbuildings
- Service 24a serving Curryneirin, Gobnascale and Strathfoyle
- Extra Goldliner 212 coach service to Belfast Europa Buscntre at 12 Midnight.
- Extra Foyle Ulsterbus 98 service to Strabane at 23.30hrs.
Rail
On Friday 22nd July and Sunday 24th July 2022, NI Railways will operate late-night services to assist passengers travelling from the Maritime Festival. Standard fares will apply. Passengers can book online by clicking here or purchase in-station on day of travel.
- Friday 22nd July – Departing Derry~Londonderry train station at 23:38 calling at Bellarena, Castlerock, and Coleraine.
- Sunday 24th – Departing Derry~Londonderry train station at 21:38 calling at Bellarena, Castlerock, and Coleraine.
- A free RailLink shuttle bus from Foyle Street Bus Centre to Derry~Londonderry train station will depart 23:15 on Friday and 21:15 on Sunday.
